If I Could Time Travel, The Last Supper

If I could time travel, I would go to Jerusalem on the night before Passover, sometime around 30 CE, to witness the Last Supper.
I want to see the moment when Jesus tells his disciples that one of them will betray him, and watch the dynamics that unfold in that room.
These men have followed Jesus for years, abandoned their families and livelihoods, witnessed miracles, listened to teachings that challenged everything they were raised to believe.
They've committed themselves completely to this mission.
And now their leader tells them that one of them will hand him over to his enemies.
Did they turn on each other immediately?
Did Judas have to maintain his facade while knowing he was already in motion with his plan?
But what I really want to witness is being present at the founding moment of what would become the world's largest religion.
This small gathering in a room is about to become the foundation for a faith that would reshape human civilization for two millennia.
Everything that follows.
The churches
The cathedrals
The theological debates
The wars fought in Christ's name
The art
The music
The entire architecture of Western civilization
All of it traces back to whatever happened in that room on that night.
These men had no idea.
